An internal dedicated general contracting project department is established, with a core management team of approximately 30 members, capable of flexible expansion based on project scale. Environmental engineering design capabilities cover three major areas: industrial wastewater treatment (catalytic wet oxidation, biochemical methods, membrane processes, etc.), exhaust gas treatment (activated coke desulfurization and denitrification, RTO regenerative thermal oxidation, VOCs membrane separation and recovery, etc.), and solid/hazardous waste disposal (incineration, resource utilization). Over 370 environmental engineering projects have been delivered cumulatively. In the field of distillation waste liquid treatment for the soda ash industry, the company holds 3 proprietary technologies. In the waste mineral oil recycling sector, project designs have been completed for various scales ranging from 35,000 to 90,000 tons per year. Supporting services include environmental impact assessment support, environmental testing solution design, compliance upgrading plan preparation, and operational effectiveness evaluation. Provides third-party project management or engineering supervision services for chemical projects, independent of the construction contractor. The team holds engineering supervision qualifications, with core services covering the entire process control chain, including project management plan preparation, design management and coordination, procurement progress tracking, construction quality inspection and witnessing, on-site HSE supervision, schedule correction and acceleration plans, cost budget control, design change management, and organization of completion acceptance. We can deploy project managers and professional supervising engineers with extensive on-site experience to work on-site, supporting a bilingual (Chinese/English) project documentation and reporting system. In the field of fertilizer engineering, particularly in compound fertilizers and Mannheim process potassium sulfate, we possess outstanding design advantages with a professional team of over 50 members. Representative projects include: a 200,000-ton/year new compound fertilizer project, two 200,000-ton solid microbial agent projects, a 200,000-ton potassium sulfate project, a 160,000-ton/year potassium sulfate project, and a 20,000-ton high-efficiency potassium fertilizer project. Additionally, we have conducted safety diagnosis and review engineering for large-scale phosphate and compound fertilizer integrated units, covering 280,000 tons of sulfuric acid, 120,000 tons of sulfuric acid, 150,000 tons of phosphoric acid, 300,000 tons of diammonium phosphate (DAP), and a complex unit comprising 1 million tons of sulfuric acid, 300,000 tons of phosphoric acid, and 400,000 tons of DAP. For major agricultural demand countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, we provide full-process design services for fertilizer projects ranging from feasibility studies to construction drawings, and can integrate upstream technologies from phosphate and potassium chemical industries to form comprehensive solutions.

Backed by a specialized team in polymers and chemical fibers, we undertake engineering design for silicone products, chemical fiber intermediates, MVR/multi-effect evaporation units, and their supporting storage and transportation systems. The team is proficient in using PDMS for full-plant 3D modeling, delivering design outcomes with a high degree of visualization. Past projects include automation upgrades for safety systems in chemical fiber enterprises, design of expandable polystyrene (EPS) series units, and design of polymer production facilities and biogas purification units. We provide comprehensive services ranging from process package development and full-process engineering design to the delivery of 3D plant models.

Providing comprehensive technical transformation services for operational chemical plants, with objectives focused on increasing production, reducing consumption, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance. To date, approximately 360 technical transformation projects have been delivered, covering various types such as process optimization for production increase, bottleneck equipment capacity expansion, energy-saving and consumption-reduction upgrades, safety and compliance rectification, and environmental standard compliance upgrades. Representative cases include: optimization and retrofitting of a 10,000-ton-scale coal tar hydrogenation unit; technical transformation of a 10,000-ton-scale antioxidant/alkyl phenol production line; a 40,000-ton technical transformation for electronic chemicals with SIS system support; energy-saving distillation retrofitting for a soda ash unit (awarded the Industry Excellent Engineering Design Award); and retrofits for multiple soda ash systems including filtration, calcination, carbon filtration, and distillation. The service model is flexible, starting with on-site diagnosis and bottleneck analysis in the early stage, followed by scheme comparison and economic feasibility studies before proceeding to construction drawing design, and finally supporting on-site implementation and performance acceptance, with a cycle of approximately 3 to 12 months.

In addition to professional chemical plant design, we have accumulated experience in over 420 projects within the comprehensive industrial facilities sector. Our capabilities include: master planning and industrial layout of chemical parks; architectural and structural design of industrial plants; design of supporting utility systems (water supply/drainage/steam/power supply/compressed air/nitrogen, etc.); design of fire protection systems and security facilities; design of plant roads and general site transportation; and 3D renderings and VR virtual presentations. Representative completed projects include the overall construction of a chemical industry innovation park, industrial planning for a fine chemical park, and supporting infrastructure for a large-scale petrochemical base. Project types cover: gasoline and diesel service stations (including double-walled tank retrofits), CNG compressed natural gas refueling stations, LNG liquefied natural gas vaporization stations, combined fueling and gas refueling stations, oil tank farms (including military reserve depots), urban gas pipeline networks, and medium-pressure pressure regulation facilities. Over 70 projects have been delivered solely in the service station and gas refueling station sector. Additionally, there is a systematic record of design delivery for large-scale oil reserve depots and external gas network infrastructure.
