The scope of the review includes: CO₂ source and fluctuations, impurities and pretreatment, selection of capture technology, applicability of absorption/adsorption/membrane separation schemes, management of solvents or adsorbents, regeneration energy consumption, CO₂ dehydration compression and purification, product specifications, corrosion and materials, control safety, utilities, emission control, and interfaces with transportation, utilization, or storage systems. It intends to develop, in the field of suspension PVC resin, a "CID process" by matching one professional company with R&D and industrial scale-up experience, to participate in process route review, experiment/pilot plan review, engineering development, and final technical acceptance. CID is the client's original abbreviation; its full English name, specific technical meaning, and process boundaries have not yet been defined and will not be given an expanded definition before clarification.
The partner should have verifiable experience in S-PVC formulation, polymerization kinetics, dispersion systems, particle morphology and resin property control, reactor scale-up, residual VCM removal, stripping and drying, quality stability, and industrial commissioning.
